A leading hospitality firm in The Blue Mountains is seeking an experienced individual to oversee operations and manage relationships with partners. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience with Oracle EPM cloud modules and strong people management skills. This role offers a competitive salary of CAD 150,000 – 165,000 per year.

Job description

  • Plan, organize, staff, direct and control the day-to-day operations of the department.
  • Work with the portfolio business collaborators to drive products roadmap and deliver features and improvements within the promised time-frames.
  • Build, maintain and nurture relationships with key business partners.
  • Lead all aspects of, assign, and run day-to-day work for our managed services partners using an onshore offshore model ensuring a seamless handover between onshore and offshore support teams.
  • Build and maintain Calculation Scripts, Business Rules, Dimension, Data Loads, Batch Automation Scripts, and application backups.
  • Elicit, analyze, and detail functional business requirements.
  • Maintain security, data-integrity, and accessibility.
  • Assist in the explanation of system calculations and ad-hoc reporting to business partners.
  • Provide day-to-day support for internal and external systems integrations to and from Oracle Cloud EPM modules.
  • Evaluate and assess business requests, propose standard methodologies, and recommend solutions.
  • Assist with impact assessment, Fit-Gap analysis, and regression testing for financial systems upgrades and releases.
  • Coordinate Oracle service requests and drive to a final resolution.
  • Ensure business partners support is provided with high degree timelines and quality.

To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience:

  • 7+ years of direct experience with Oracle EPM cloud modules
  • Ability to successfully establish, maintain and manage both internal and external relationships.
  • Prior people management experience.

In addition, the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience are preferred:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Prior Oracle Cloud EPM implementation experience

Compensation: $150.000.00 - $165,000.00 CAD per year.
