Job summary

Brookfield Credit is seeking a Manager, Controllership & Treasury to oversee controllership, treasury operations, financial consolidations, and operational accounting across the credit platform. The role emphasizes building scalable processes, implementing strong internal controls, and partnering with auditors.

The successful candidate will lead a hands-on team, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure accurate financial reporting in a dynamic environment within Brookfield Credit.

Qualifications

• CPA/CA preferred; degree in Accounting, Finance.
• 8–15+ years of experience in treasury, controllership, accounting, or finance in asset management/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or U.S. GAAP.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee controllership, treasury operations, consolidations, and operational accounting across Brookfield Credit.
• Prepare financial analysis, management reporting, and presentation materials for senior leadership.
• Strengthen internal controls and coordinate with auditors.
• Lead treasury activities and improve reporting and consolidation processes.
• Develop scalable processes and implement appropriate controls.
