The Manager, Contracts will report to the Senior Manager Contracts – Brands Healthcare and Corporate Services (BHCS) and will be responsible for drafting and negotiating procurement contracts for Goods not for Resale, ensuring they reflect negotiated outcomes and comply with Loblaw's policies. This role involves working with Contracts Managers, Category Managers, Analysts, Business Stakeholders, subject matter experts (Privacy, IT Security, Audit), and the Legal department to ensure contract terms align with Loblaw’s strategic objectives.
