This role is a key leadership position within our Commercial department, focusing on developing and managing guest loyalty and personalization data products. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in guest data, leading cross-functional teams, influencing strategic decisions, and driving data-driven initiatives to enhance guest experiences and business outcomes.

Responsibilities include :

  • Spearheading the creation of a comprehensive Guest product data roadmap in collaboration with insights and cross-departmental teams.
  • Leading the development and optimization of guest data products to address critical challenges and foster a data-driven culture.
  • Managing measurement and tracking of KPIs within the Guest domain to inform strategic decisions.
  • Promoting best practices in analytics, influencing data strategies, and leveraging insights for business growth.
  • Mentoring and empowering a high-performing analytics team.
  • At least 8 years of analytical experience with a proven track record of delivering high-value outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience, with a passion for developing high-energy teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and experience working with large datasets to extract strategic insights.

This position offers a hybrid working model, requiring 3 days per week at our Toronto office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario.
