The Manager, Compliance and AML Data, contributes to the success of the global Compliance and AML Data team by ensuring the execution and delivery of goals, plans, and initiatives aligned with business strategies. All activities must comply with regulations, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships.
  • Support operationalization of Compliance and AML Data initiatives, ensuring data quality standards are met.
  • Implement data governance activities such as identifying data elements, sources, documenting data lineage, and defining data requirements.
  • Manage data quality controls, resolve issues, and contribute to data quality rules.
  • Identify process efficiencies in data governance.
  • Organize Data Working Group meetings with stakeholders.
  • Manage data projects from profiling to testing and validation, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Support data exception reporting, audit issues, and analysis of compliance data and KRIs.
  • Develop and train team members and collaborate with the Enterprise Data Office and IT teams.
  • Stay updated on data management policies, technology strategies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure operational, compliance, and risk controls are in place and effective.
  • Promote a high-performance, inclusive work environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years in complex data solutions, preferably in financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of data governance concepts.
  • Experience with data analysis, quality issues, and technical skills including SQL (+3 years).
  • Experience in AML and/or Compliance preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Curious, proactive, results-oriented, customer-focused, attentive to detail.
  • Spanish language skills are a plus; previous business analyst experience is advantageous.
