Join Aviva's Compliance team and help build a strong culture of compliance, ethics and accountability across our business. As a Compliance Manager, you'll work closely with business stakeholders, risk partners, and senior team members to help Aviva meet its regulatory obligations. You will provide independent oversight, challenge, and advice while helping Aviva navigate a complex and evolving regulatory environment. This is a chance to create a meaningful impact by identifying risks, improving controls, supporting regulatory compliance efforts, and helping ensure we continue doing the right thing for customers, colleagues, and communities.
The salary band for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
