About the Opportunity
The Manager, Community Engagement, plays a key leadership role in strengthening relationships with Métis Chartered Communities through the coordination and implementation of engagement strategies that build community capacity, reflect local needs, and align with MNBC’s strategic direction. This role provides operational leadership and strategic insight to ensure community-facing initiatives are culturally responsive, impact-driven, and grounded in best practices for engagement. The Manager, Community Engagement provides strategic and operational management to support MNBC’s Ministries and Métis Chartered Communities through the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of community engagement initiatives. As a critical liaison between MNBC and local communities, the Manager helps to interpret community-centered insights into actionable recommendations that inform policies and strategic priorities.
