THE POSITION

• Managing a small team including training, mentoring & monitoring workflows
• Collaborating with the Director and Account Executives
• Providing marketing and policy rating services, as well as technical support to the marketing management team
• Negotiating mid-term changes with insurers and preparing submissions to insurers and proposals for clients

MUST HAVES

• Level 2 General Insurance License required
• Post-secondary diploma or degree; CAIB, CIP, or CRM considered an asset
• 7+ years of experience in Commercial Insurance with market placement expertise
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Team player with integrity, accountability, and innovative thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
