Bimbo Canada is hiring a Commercial Insights Manager to transform category, shopper, and market data into actionable narratives that guide growth for key retailers. We’re looking for a strategic, insight ‑ driven Commercial Insights Manager to elevate how we collaborate with key retail partners. You’ll transform complex commercial, customer, shopper and category data into clear, compelling stories that explain the “why” behind performance and drive faster, smarter decisions for both our customers and our business.
You’ll serve as the primary insights partner for major retailers, delivering objective, actionable recommendations that unlock mutual growth. You’ll also modernize how insights are generated by leveraging new technology and emerging AI tools to improve efficiency, automate reporting, and accelerate speed ‑ to ‑ insight.
The annual salary range for applicants is: $90,000 - $135,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other factors.
