Come see why our associates love working at MasterBrand. **Job Description:**The Manager, Commercial Finance Canada serves as the finance partner for the Canadian commercial business, supporting financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision-making across sales, margin, pricing, customer programs, and operational execution. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations Finance, Supply Chain, and senior business leaders to evaluate business performance, improve forecast accuracy, support profitable growth, and deliver actionable insights tied to cabinet manufacturing economics, customer profitability, product mix, pricing, and demand planning. **YOUR ROLE:*** Partner with Canada Sales leadership to evaluate sales performance, margin trends, pricing, rebates, promotions, and customer profitability.* Lead financial forecasting and variance analysis for revenue, gross margin, ESG&A, customer programs, and demand assumptions.* Analyze manufacturing and operational cost drivers, including volume, mix, productivity, freight, inventory, and service-level impacts.* Support pricing actions and customer program decisions through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and profitability recommendations.* Collaborate with Operations Finance and Supply Chain to connect commercial forecasts with manufacturing capacity, inventory, and demand planning.* Prepare executive-ready reporting and commentary that explains key business drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.* Prepare sales-related journal entries and account reconciliations, including customer programs and sales incentive plans.* Identify and assess monthly financial risks and opportunities related to business initiatives.* Collaborate with business development teams to identify and evaluate potential new business opportunities.* Develop business cases and financial models to support new business initiatives and partnerships. **QUALIFICATIONS:*** An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field* Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Accountant equivalent, Certified Management Accountant, and/or Master of Business Administration preferred.* Minimum of 8 years of financial analysis and management experience with a bachelor’s degree, 6 years with a master’s degree, or 3 years with a PhD.* Understanding of and experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, cost accounting, and core accounting principles.* Demonstrated ability to efficiently engage with internal and external groups and across multiple departments or functions* Ability to critically assess and simplify processes and controls, and challenge business drivers and risks* Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.* Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.* Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear executive-level insights and recommendations* Ability to optimize work processes, create efficient workflows, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.* Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required; Power BI or similar reporting and visualization experience preferred.* Previous experience with Lean 80/20 principles is a plus* Ability to travel 10% to 15% annually, including domestic and international travel.* Self-motivated and results-oriented* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously* High level of integrity and professionalism **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:**The individual must be able to remain in a stationary position for 90% of the time and constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
