What you will be doing :
As the Manager Collection Strategy you will play a key role in the success of Tangerine Collections by developing optimizing and implementing collection strategies to maximize recoveries and dollars collected ensuring alignment with the banks credit loss and operational experience targets.
Your focus will be on maximizing the effectiveness of collection activities while ensuring processes are efficient client-focused data-driven and compliant with relevant regulations.
