Title: Manager - Collateral Operations (GWO)

Purpose:
A senior operational role within Global Wholesale Operations, responsible for managing complex collateralized transactions in securities lending, with a focus on risk management, stakeholder coordination, and operational efficiency.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Provide leadership and customer service to the Collateral Operations team
  • Manage daily processes for margin calls, settlements, and exposures
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Identify and address operational inefficiencies and risks
  • Coordinate root cause problem solving and recommend solutions
  • Support systemic changes and process improvements
  • Manage fiscal expenses for the team

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • Prior experience in a leadership capacity
  • Expert knowledge of:
    • Securities Lending industry (borrowed, lent, and managed)
    • Collateral operations systems (Global One, Anvil, CDS, DTC)
    • Tri-party platforms
    • Bank policies and regulatory requirements
  • Operations background in a Financial Institution preferred
  • Ability to:
    • Effectively delegate and coach
    • Adapt to rapidly changing environments
    • Manage complex operational processes

Work Arrangement: This position is currently a Hybrid role. Please note that this is subject to change based on the needs of the business.
