POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager, Clinical Nursing Education, will be responsible for managing, supporting and overseeing the implementation of the clinical student experience, placement activities and nursing labs, associated with the core Nursing programs. They are responsible for the on-going development of the Clinical Instructor (CI) within their role, provide support for the adaption of the CI role and responsibilities in response to changes within the clinical environments, support professional development and training of CIs and Faculty Advisors (FA) and provide ongoing communication and performance management, as required for the CIs associated with the Practical Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing programs.
