Halton Region is seeking a Manager, Clinical Excellence to lead clinical quality, resident safety, and regulatory compliance across its long-term care home in Oakville. The role focuses on continuous quality improvement, audits, and performance monitoring in collaboration with operations and interdisciplinary teams.
The position requires current RN licensure in Ontario, BLS/CPR, and a strong background in governance and InterRAI.

Reporting to the Administrator, the Manager, Clinical Excellence is responsible for leading clinical quality, resident safety, regulatory compliance, risk management, audit programs, and clinical continuous quality improvement initiatives across the home. Working collaboratively with operational leaders and interdisciplinary teams, the Manager monitors quality indicators, investigates clinical risks, leads audit and compliance activities, supports inspection readiness, and drives sustainable improvements in clinical practice and resident outcomes.
