Manager, Client Services
Full Time Permanent – 35 hours a week
This is an exciting opportunity to join and contribute to a progressive, innovative management team. CTYS is an accredited Children’s Mental Health Centre with a range of services and programs for youth and families across Toronto. The agency is committed to an inclusive, equity based anti-racist framework embedded as a key value in all we do. As a manager you are the key to support our staff, rich team development and most importantly our clients who present with multiple experiences of intersectional trauma, racism and systemic challenges. These services are client centered and flexible and geared for youth and families with a range of mental health needs who may have difficulty accessing traditional office-based services. Youth and family services are provided in person in the office, virtually, in schools and community settings.
You will provide direct support to talented, passionate, dedicated teams, who provide mental health support and psychotherapeutic interventions to youth and caregivers. The programs include a Day Program in partnership with the TDSB, the Youth Hostel Outreach Program (YHOP), the Community Support & Intervention program (CSI) and the Community Support Program.
