To succeed in this role, you will :
Meet Your New Team
You will join the senior management team within the Insurance and Claims Services Branch, which oversees the Ontario government's insurance needs, including insurance acquisition, claims management services, and administration of the Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Fund.
In this role, you will report to Daryl Carre, Director of Insurance and Claims Services Branch and lead a team of eight dedicated claims professionals, from junior officers to senior-level analysts. The unit is known for its collaborative, inclusive culture that values knowledge-sharing, mentorship, and professional growth. Whether you're new to the Ontario Public Service or bringing deep experience from the broader public or private sector, you will find a welcoming environment with experienced colleagues committed to supporting your success and each other.
