As part of the Organizational Effectiveness organization, the Change Management Practice plays a pivotal role in supporting the company in delivering on our Strategic Direction, strengthening the link between strategy, projects and change capability. We work with teams across NAV CANADA to help them prepare for, implement, sustain, and fully realize the benefits of change. As a change practice, we act as a focal point for change management activities across the company, continually enhancing change management tools and practices, working directly with change leaders to provide hands on support and advisory services, and building change management capability.Job Description
