The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director, Health Information Services, the Manager of Centralized Booking and Intake oversees the daily operations of the booking and intake teams. This role ensures efficient referral processing for Women’s and Newborn Health and Children’s Health programs, acting as a liaison with clinical teams and supporting patient flow optimization. The manager will monitor key performance indicators, lead quality improvement initiatives, and support strategic goals to enhance ambulatory care access. The role also fosters a learning environment aligned with IWK Health’s mission.
Hours of Work: 75 hours biweekly
