RBC is seeking a Manager, Cards Credit Strategy and Data Science in Toronto to lead a credit strategy and analytics team. You will guide data-driven lending decisions for line management and authorizations, and optimize portfolio profitability.
Responsibilities include building financial models, testing methodologies, and implementing strategies in systems such as Pathfinder and TRIAD, while developing a high-performance credit analytics team.
The RBC Credit Strategy team is hiring for a Manager, Cards Credit Strategy and Data Science to lead the Cards Account Management team combining credit strategy development with credit talent management responsibilities. You will use advanced analytics to develop credit strategies to grow RBC revenue and manage risk to ultimately optimize portfolio profitability. You will also be accountable for the development of an existing talented credit team within the group.
