A community support organization in Toronto seeks a Manager, Campus Security to oversee security operations across multiple campuses. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, clear communication abilities, and at least 3 years of experience in security management. This role involves developing safety programs, coordinating with law enforcement, and ensuring a secure environment for all campus activities. Flexibility in schedule is required to respond to security incidents outside of typical business hours.
About the Opportunity
TheManager, Campus Securityis responsible for overseeing the security operations of a large, multi-tenant campus property. Reporting to theHead of Campus and Event Security, this role plays a key part in developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive campus security and life safety programs.
Working collaboratively with all JSN departments, the Manager ensures alignment on all matters related to security and safety. This position also supports the oversight of our contracted security provider and personnel across three campuses in the Greater Toronto Area, including onboarding, performance management, and day-to-day coordination.

This role requires flexibility in availability, including the ability to respond to security alerts and matters outside of our standard business hours is required. Occasional travel between various GTA campus locations may be required
