Overview

Manager, Campaign Design & Execution

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic, innovative team that supports the Campaign Design and Execution functions within Scotiabank’s Canadian Bank Analytics group. This individual will develop analytical solutions to help solve a wide array of business problems, including acquisition, and engagement strategies across our customer base.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build and execute customer marketing offers/communications based on eligibility, analytics, decisioning logic and segmentations to help elevate our customer’s experiences across channels and move to a personalized 1:1 customer journey
  • Apply Next Best Action design principles to build & test decision strategies/campaign eligibility using Pega application to execute and monitor marketing offers
  • Document and implement business requirements to deliver key customer interactions across multiple channels
  • Analyze and synthesize data around campaign sizing, presentment and customer responses to identify trends, deliver key insights and business recommendations around a customer-first approach to driving acquisition and engagement
  • Act as liaison between analytics, technology, quality assurance, business stakeholders and channel partners
  • Provide subject matter expertise on customer contact and support data validation activities
  • Support production incident investigations and inquiries through our department help desk email
Qualifications
  • Experience working with multiple business partners and delivery timelines
  • Experience with Pega Marketing/Pega Decision Manager/Customer Decision Hub (CDH) preferred
  • Certified with Pega Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) an asset
  • Experience with targeted leads/campaign execution and segmentation an asset
  • Analytical background with a quantitative focus, such as statistics, applied mathematics, economics, computer science
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL skills (SAS, SQL Server, DB2, MySQL, Google Cloud Platform, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering marketing communications in a multi-channel marketing environment an asset
  • Self-motivated, strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, a high aptitude for problem solving and a natural interest in understanding customer behavior
  • 5-7 years of related experience needed, preferably within a banking or retail industry
