Job Description

As part of TD's Marketing department, the North American Growth Marketing team leads digital marketing and 1:1 Marketing, building the digital marketing ecosystem and enabling personalized communication at all customer interactions. TD aims to innovate, accelerate go-to-market strategies, and enhance customer experiences. The Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) plays a vital role in transforming digital channel marketing, bringing expertise in 1:1 marketing best practices. The Salesforce Campaign Manager will collaborate with Marketing & Business Units to manage journey orchestration campaigns within Salesforce.

Responsibilities
  1. Design, streamline, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) journeys, including audience segmentation in Salesforce CDC.
  2. Build and deploy campaigns using Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder, developing journeys, templates, lists, forms, A/B tests, and triggers.
  3. Lead cross-channel SFMC campaigns based on marketer requirements.
  4. Configure audience entry, exit, and re-entry criteria aligned with campaign goals.
  5. Oversee journey planning, technical reviews, and quality control.
  6. Create modular, responsive campaign templates adhering to brand standards.
  7. Perform QA testing to ensure accuracy and device compatibility.
  8. Manage audience data using Marketing Cloud tools (audience builder, data extensions, API, queries).
  9. Troubleshoot campaign issues related to templates, links, accessibility, and subscriber lookup.
  10. Use SFMC scripting languages (HTML, AMPscript) for dynamic content and personalization.
  11. Train team members on SFMC capabilities and best practices.
  12. Participate in campaign analysis and optimization.
  13. Collaborate with teams to meet campaign deadlines.
  14. Manage projects from conception to completion within timelines.
Professional Experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce and marketing automation experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of Campaign Management and segmentation strategy experience.
  • Solid CRM experience and understanding of marketing automation tools.
