Job Description

As part of TD's Marketing department, the North American Growth Marketing team leads digital marketing and 1:1 Marketing initiatives. The team builds the digital marketing ecosystem and enables personalized communication with customers. TD seeks innovative ways to improve customer experiences and go to market faster. The Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) plays a critical role in transforming digital channel marketing, combining consultation and tactical expertise in 1:1 marketing best practices. The SF Campaign Manager will work closely with Marketing & Business Units to manage journey orchestration campaigns within Salesforce.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Integrated Marketing to design, optimize, and build Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) journeys, including audience filtering in Salesforce CDC.
  • Build and deploy campaigns using Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder, including developing journeys, templates, list management, forms, A/B tests, and triggers.
  • Design cross-channel SFMC campaigns based on marketing requirements.
  • Configure audience entry, exit, and re-entry criteria aligned with campaign goals.
  • Plan and execute journeys, perform technical reviews, and ensure quality control.
  • Create modular, responsive campaign templates adhering to brand standards.
  • Perform QA to ensure content accuracy and device compatibility.
  • Manage audience data with SFMC tools (data extensions, API, filters, queries).
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues such as rendering errors, links, and accessibility.
  • Use scripting languages like AMPscript for dynamic content and personalization.
  • Train team members on SFMC capabilities and best practices.
  • Participate in campaign analysis and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet campaign deadlines.
Professional Experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce and marketing automation experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of Campaign Management experience with segmentation strategy.
  • Solid CRM experience.
