Cafe Bloom is an extremely busy high pace cafe, only candidates with restaurant management will be considered, please only apply if you have restaurant/cafe management experience.Overview:Only candidates with Food and Beverage experience will be considered.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bustling cafe. As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing a team of dedicated staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. If you have a passion for the food industry, excellent leadership skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate all cafe activities, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness- Train and manage a team of cafe staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures- Create employee schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient operations- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage areas- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training opportunities, and address any concerns or issuesSkills:- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is required- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience- Knowledge of restaurant management principles and practices- Proficient in food safety regulations and procedures- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenWe offer competitive pay rates based on experience.If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service in a dynamic cafe environment, please submit your resume along with a cover letter detailing your relevant experience.
