Our team is looking for a B2B media expert with strong capability in planning and buying to join a our growing B2B media practice .

You’ll join over 1,000 integrated B2B specialists from across the globe to develop bespoke B2B sol utions and partnership. Our unique point of view on B2B is The Superpowers Index, an annual survey of B2B buyer behaviour .

About you: Great campaign execution is your specialty with creativity mixed in and y ou enjoy supporting your team and the client teams . . You always look for new ways to innovate media from brand to demand .

We are looking for a self -motivated, highly detail oriented, and creative thinker . Someone who is proficient in taking a campaign idea and leading it through the planning, executing , and measuring phases to create memorable and impactful activations . This is a highly collaborative and visible position, so good communication and interpersonal skills are a must . This role report s to the Director of Strategy and Client Leadership .

Your specific, day-to-day responsibilities will look like this:

  • Create, manage , execute , and ensure measure ment of media campaigns to achieve a my riad of goals from brand awareness to demand generation .

  • Plan and buy B2B media campaigns across social, search, direct, content syndication, account-based marketing, lead-generation, brand-building, events, etc.

  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to create campaigns and/or events that promot e services/products

  • Work in conjunction with client/ agen c y creative team s to create collateral to complement campaigns

  • E ffective ly communicat e with colleagues and client s

  • Perform additional functions and administrative tasks as required f or media activation

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5 + years of B2B media planning experience , ideally in a client service setting

  • Bachelor’s degree , college diploma , or equivalent combinati on of education, training and/or experience

  • Creative thinking as applied to B2B media activa tion

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize across projects and deliver to timelines

  • A ttention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to collaborate with different teams and job levels to accomplish responsibilities

  • A n understanding of the Canadian market, including key demographics and media inventory landscape

  • Experience on working in or with large enterprise s to perform B2B marketing functions is an required , particularly in areas such as media planning, Salesforc e Marketing Cloud (SFMC), user experience analysis, and lead cycle management

  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Google Analytics, marketing automation

  • Full-funnel media planning including Content Syndication , Content Sponsorships/Partnerships, Nurture (email), video, audio, s ocial and search , as well as e xperience with Demand Base , 6Sense or simila r.

Additional information

The salary range for this position is$75k-$80k. Actual salary within thesalary range will be based on avariety of factors including relevantexperience, knowledge, and skills.A range of medical, dental, RRSP,paid time off, and/or other benefitsalso are available to all permanentemployees.
