About this opportunity:

The Husky Midstream Manager, Business Services, Systems and Scheduling, Customer Service Operations is part of a participative leadership team responsible for leading, managing, and promoting the growth of a team of direct and indirect reports, aligning with the business’ strategic plan. The role manages customer service business systems, operational projects in provisioning commercial services, and the execution of scheduling movements and inventories of heavy crude oil, diluent, and synthetics on the HMGP Systems.

What you’ll do:

  1. Manage CSOS performance, governance, and development of business systems, processes, roadmaps, and budgets.
  2. Ensure daily operations and scheduling are performed thoroughly.
  3. Consult and inform across lines of business and management reporting.
  4. Manage supply and delivery across assets like Lloydminster Refinery, Upgrader, Carriers, and Trunklines.
  5. Lead daily operations and scheduling as a working leader.
  6. Participate in restriction, curtailment, or apportionment activities.
  7. Support new business changes, rollout, and transition to in-service.
  8. Investigate, diagnose, resolve issues, and assess partner readiness.
  9. Develop training strategies and materials; direct training for users.
  10. Oversee system requests, prioritization, and support from IS and external parties.
  11. Manage system change control, audits, and application issues.

Who you are:

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Legal authorization to work in Canada.
  • 12+ years of experience in pipeline systems operations and inventory management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, or Computer Science (asset).
  • Proven success in managing complex initiatives.
  • Value management skills, including cost/benefit/risk assessments.
  • Business Analysis or Systems Analyst certification (asset).
  • Advanced skills in quantitative modeling, optimization, and systems thinking related to energy/software development (asset).
