Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards as part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program.

What Is the Opportunity?

Our enterprise operations teams deliver differentiating customer and agent experiences, drive revenue and underwriting results, and foster a culture of innovation and efficiency. The Business Process Management (BPM) team manages and improves performance of end-to-end processes critical to business, exploring opportunities to advance process capabilities and collaborating with business partners to ensure understanding of initiatives and strategies. As a Manager in BPM, you will optimize business processes to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency, support and influence strategy, and ensure business continuity. You may lead a team or project teams to align actions with enterprise goals.

What Will You Do?

  • Identify opportunities and problems through root cause analysis, active listening, and stakeholder engagement across teams and processes.
  • Assess and recommend process improvements, securing stakeholder buy-in for changes and leading mid-complexity improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee impact assessment, implementation, and execution of initiatives.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of operational components of initiatives, including benefits monitoring, risk management, and maintenance.
  • Evaluate tools and procedures for efficiency and automation opportunities.
  • Analyze data and KPIs to identify process gaps and drive improvements.
  • Facilitate workflow updates and design sessions for process enhancements.
  • Assist in prioritizing efforts and resource allocation.
  • Own and optimize performance of processes, capabilities, or technologies as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
