Role and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overall Strategic Planning, Analysis and Communication of HE Division’s strategy and financial position.
- Responsible for P&L management of HE (TV/ Audio) including current month/3CMF forecasting and profit simulation, annual Management Plan (ensuring alignment with the (VP/BM/PM/SCM).
- Monitor, manage and report KPI’s by creating a divisional dashboard on revenue, local/consolidated profit, CGS, Aging, WOS and other as deemed important by executive leadership.
- Oversee report creation for SECA senior management, NA and HQ in Korea for all HE products.
- Manage and identify trends with HE financial data (i.e. sales mix, accounts P&L, overhead costs).
- Provide all data to the Division Business Manager to create report for SECA HE Leadership, NAHQ and HQ in Korea.
- External communication to Global Business Manager (GBM). Responsible for all GBM reporting.
- Internal communication to sales and marketing management and other corporate functions and divisions.
- Provide Reporting package including HE dashboard, HQ Sellout Tracker, SCM KPI Report, and any data driven ad hoc reports.
- Manage the Contract management process to meet Legal and Finance deadlines within the program year.
- Preparation of Marketing Checkbook and coordinate alignment between the Financial Forecast (CMF/TP calls) and the project lines items with monthly splits amongst stakeholders.
- Primary support of department head, Sr. Manager of Business Planning and operations.
- Provide back-up coverage to other member of Business Planning team as required.
- Translating documents and requests from Korean into English.
Skills and Qualifications
Education:
- University education preferred.
Knowledge:
- Bilingual in English and Korean is preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years of related experience preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other office products.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Works on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Versatile in multi-tasking.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact comfortably with a wide range of levels in organizations.
- Must be highly self-motivated and capable of self-directed work given only broad objectives and limited direct supervision.
- Must be capable of planning, organizing and prioritizing multiple and simultaneous projects and assignments.
- Be driven and results-oriented; acts with a sense of urgency without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Have a high-level of confidence, integrity, enthusiasm, that fits a fast-paced, energetic and proactive organization.
