What is the opportunity?

As the Manager, Business Performance Management you will support the enablement of critical business strategies and work alongside a data-oriented team that designs, builds and delivers reusable data assets and dashboards, and provides objective, timely and value-added insights to our strategic stakeholders across all Commercial Operations pillars. You will support the coordination for multiple stakeholders, driving collaboration and ensuring timeline completion of review cycles. You will support in the end-to-end execution of critical reporting deliverables for Commercial Operations Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and build ad hoc reporting and frameworks as required.

What will you do?

  • Support Commercial Operations wide performance management frameworks that align to business segment strategy, Commercial Operations and our broader PCO ambitions.
  • Prepare executive level materials including Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and operational metrics visualizations for senior level consumption
  • Facilitate collaboration and feedback across departments and SMEs to gather inputs and align on reporting objectives
  • Support inquiries related to reporting deliverables and performance metrics
  • Identify trends, variances and key themes to support decision-making and strategic discussions
  • Drive improvement to the reporting lifecycle, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance quality

What do you need?

Must-have

  • Strong ability to collect, analyze and interpret large complex data sets to find patterns and draw actionable conclusions
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align metrics to strategic objectives to measure progress against business outcomes
  • Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau, Excel, and Power BI
  • Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
  • Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and creating executive level presentations

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in Commercial Operations / Operational Data & Systems
  • Experience with Agile
