Details:

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement change management plans, coach and mentor staff through the change process, and communicate plans to stakeholders to ensure their understanding and buy-in.
  2. Develop training programs to help employees adapt to changes and evaluate the success of change management initiatives.
  3. Perform data and cost analysis to identify areas for improvement, generating actionable insights using Excel, and creating comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making.
  4. Support other internal Strategic Category Management teams and other stakeholders for ad hoc projects and analyses.
  5. Leverage and interpret commodity data from multiple sources (Market research e.g. IHS, Mintec; local regulations, commodity tracking databases, web search) to analyze impact on product costs.
  6. Act as a thought-partner for the merchant teams on issues related to commodity pricing; be the subject matter expert.
  7. Support with various business and tech related initiatives to drive strategic projects.

Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in management or tech disciplines – MBA preferred.
  2. Experience in Retail business specifically merchandising or other functions supporting merchants.
  3. Experience leading change management processes, especially in new technology and data management system adoption.
  4. A data-savvy leader well versed in leading organizations on the data-driven decision-making journey and how new data systems can be adopted across organizations.
  5. Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  6. Ability to effectively deal with stakeholders.
  7. Good analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex issues.
  8. Ability to operate changes on your own and as part of a group.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  10. Adeptness in using advanced tools and software, like project management software, to manage change processes.
  11. Expertise in influencing others to support change.
  12. Organizing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  13. Ensuring that changes are accomplished on time and within budget.
  14. Experience with Dashboarding tools like Power BI & Tableau with some SQL experience is highly desirable.
