We are seeking a skilled Manager of Business Intelligence & Decision Support to join our team. The Manager will be responsible for maintaining and improving current profitability processes, extracting data from various sources, ensuring data quality, and collaborating on data modeling activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SQL Server programming, MS Cubes, and Power BI. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and Financial Managers to understand financial processes and accurately incorporate them into our MIS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI for data quality and process control.
2. Create and maintain data models to support reporting and analytics needs.
3. Develop and manage ETL processes for efficient data loading into the BI system.
4. Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights supporting business decisions.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management to gather requirements and tailor BI solutions.
6. Optimize internal processes for performance and usability.
7. Document BI solutions, including data models, ETL processes, and reports.
8. Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools.
9. Work with senior management to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
