Position Summary

This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic growth plans, managing business operations, and fostering relationships to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.

What You’ll Do

We are seeking two highly motivated Business Development Managers to join our growing team. While this posting is for a single Business Development Manager position, we are hiring for two complementary roles within the team:

• Outbound Business Development Manager – Focused on proactive prospecting, account research, and generating new business opportunities through strategic outreach.
• Inbound Business Development Manager – Focused on qualifying inbound leads, responding to customer inquiries, and converting marketing-generated demand into qualified sales opportunities.

Regular management of sales reports and performance metrics is required, as well as addressing operational questions and managing resistance. The role ensures compliance with company policies and supports the company’s mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and promoting continuous learning and adaptability.

The pay range for this position is $91,900.00 - $126,390.00. Pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
