Reporting to the Director of Sales, HE, the Key Account Manager will focus on business development and e-commerce, expanding channel partnerships, and increasing Samsung’s online presence and sales.

This role requires strategic thinking, relationship building, and digital commerce expertise. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, e-commerce growth knowledge, and a passion for online business innovation.

The candidate should understand Samsung’s products and value proposition, be willing to travel, and possess strong communication, selling, cold calling, reporting, forecasting, and administrative skills.

Role and Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and manage partnerships for mutual growth
  • Drive sales growth aligned with strategic objectives
  • Analyze e-commerce performance, market trends, and consumer behavior to define growth strategies
  • Utilize digital marketing, SEO, and customer acquisition strategies to boost online sales
  • Expand channel opportunities, including B2B, real estate, interior design, and banking sectors
  • Communicate business trends and strategies to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve key deliverables
  • Negotiate customer sales agreements and develop account plans
  • Maintain ongoing communication to ensure satisfaction and growth opportunities
  • Analyze sales data and market metrics to inform strategic decisions
  • Ensure product availability and delivery schedules support sales
  • Develop marketing materials to leverage the Samsung brand
  • Manage budgets, project plans, and performance reports

The manager will also participate in policy development, report KPIs, assist with budgeting, and handle project tasks, ensuring safety and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

Requirements: Education:

  • University degree preferred

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of the Home Electronics channel

Experience:

  • 7+ years in related roles preferred
  • Experience in retail and building sectors preferred
  • Proficient in Office applications
  • Existing relationships are valuable
