Compensation Details:
• Mgr. Project Manager 19: Salaries typically range from $109,810 to $146,413 annually, based on qualifications and experiences, plus a performance-based incentive.
Location:
• Export Development Canada operates in a hybrid work environment, currently requiring employees to work in the office 3 days per week. (subject to change)
• This role can be performed from EDC’s headquarters in Ottawa or from one of our Community Hubs located in Toronto, Mississauga, Montreal, Laval, or Brossard.

The Digital & Technology Solutions (DTS) group under the leadership of the Chief Information Officer was established in 2023 with the mission of empowering our customers and colleagues to take on the world, by seamlessly delivering secure and reliable digital experiences. Digital & Technology Solutions has set out to achieve the following objectives for EDC:
Reporting to the Vice-President, Technology Operations & Services (TOS), the Manager, Business and Portfolio Management plays a critical role in enabling strategic execution, financial discipline, and operational performance across the TOS portfolio. This role leads the business management function, overseeing planning, budget coordination, reporting, and governance for a multi-million dollar operating and transformation portfolio.
In addition to business operations, the Manager is accountable for portfolio coordination and delivery oversight across TOS initiatives. They lead a group of Infrastructure Project Managers (IPMs) who are centrally managed within this function but work in close collaboration, via dotted-line reporting relationships, with TOS Directors to support initiative delivery. This model ensures consistency in project practices, improved resource allocation, and better visibility across the infrastructure and operations portfolio.
The Manager acts as a strategic enabler to the TOS leadership team by providing integrated delivery insights, ensuring adherence to governance and reporting standards, and supporting prioritization decisions across competing demands.
