Are you a brand builder with a flair for storytelling and a love for music, sports, and pop culture? We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Manager, Brand & Creative Labs to help shape the next generation of the SiriusXM brand in Canada. You’ll lead bold campaigns, inspire a talented in-house creative team, and bring unforgettable brand experiences to life.

What You’ll Do:

  • Champion the SiriusXM brand voice and visual identity across Canada.
  • Lead the creative charge—overseeing campaigns, partnerships, and events that make waves.
  • Collaborate with SiriusXM US and partners on content approvals and licensing.
  • Guide and grow our in-house Creative Labs team to deliver standout design across all touchpoints.
  • Drive strategic media campaigns and ensure every project hits the mark—on time and on brand.
  • Bring fresh thinking to every brief, backed by a deep understanding of consumer behavior and user experience.

What You Bring:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, with at least 3 years in brand/project management and people leadership.
  • A proven track record of managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
  • A creative mindset with a strategic edge—and a love for solving problems with style.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, plus a collaborative spirit.
  • Bonus points for experience in media, entertainment, or subscription services—and proficiency in French!

Tools You Know (or are excited to learn):

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), HTML/XML knowledge is a plus
