Your key responsibilities

As a manager you will advise clients and guide teams with the support of EY professionals with deep industry knowledge and experience. You will have a leadership role in the development of business led technology strategies execution of large-scale multi-year engagements building customer relationships and leading team development. This role spans topics across data technology and may include opportunities to leverage strategic alliances with third parties to deliver strategic transformations with a focus on Credit Unions in the Canadian Financial Services sector.

To qualify for the role you must have
  • Experience and appetite for learning. Relevant experience or education in technology, engineering, computer science, data, or related fields. Strong aptitude for technology and structured problem solving is also acceptable.
  • Typically successful candidates have 5 years of experience in Consulting or similar project-based organizations with client facing delivery.
  • Experience in business and technology modernization across strategy, planning and delivery with strong experiential knowledge in delivery methodologies.
  • Experience in conducting analysis of client requirements and translating them into actionable strategies, working with cross-functional teams.
  • An ability to work with clients at all levels from executive to delivery teams.
Ideally you’ll also have
  • Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
