  • Lead a team of direct reports and provide clear direction so the team works as a cohesive unit. Develop team members through coaching, training, objective setting, providing ongoing feedback, and recognition. Support your team by assisting with prioritization of work, managing requests including for time off, and recruiting for vacancies. Communicate information from throughout the organization and help lead employees through changes.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on emerging issues through one-on-one and team discussions, as well as actively participating in management meetings to advocate for staff and raise any emerging issues or opportunities to ensure deliverables are met.
