About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Application Development Manager to lead the design, development, and ongoing support of internal web applications across our Canadian operations. This role blends leadership, technical expertise, and project ownership, overseeing both the strategic direction and execution of application development within the region.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in Microsoft technologies, experience leading development teams, and the ability to align technical solutions with business needs. While this is a leadership role, a solid technical foundation is essential to effectively guide the team and contribute to architectural decisions.
