What you will do:

Amusement Technician Manager – The Rec Room

The Rec Room’s Amusement Technician Managers are an integral part of the team, providing an exceptional gaming experience to each guest. Our staff members are passionate about gaming and entertainment, aiming to create an exciting and engaging environment.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Assist in the repair and maintenance of gaming equipment by evaluating all equipment and proactively addressing potential issues.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members to solve problems that arise.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, detailing conditions and recommending actions.
  • Follow all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, Provincial, Municipal laws and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:

This role may be a perfect fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar environment, preferably in a management role.
  • Have experience with preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and a thorough knowledge of gaming equipment principles and operation.
  • Have flexible schedule to work extended hours as required.
