Job Description

What is your opportunity?

You will play a critical part in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our AML models by supporting rule tuning, threshold optimization, and documentation efforts.

What will you do?

  • Review, analyze and tune AML models in alignment with regulatory expectations and internal risk-based approaches.

  • Draft clear, concise, and structured documentation of analysis, findings, and recommendations to support tuning decisions.

  • Collaborate with model owners, compliance teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment of tuning outcomes with AML typologies and business context.

  • Support periodic model performance reviews and contribute to documentation required for model governance.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Familiarity with model tuning concepts

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.

  • Hands-on experience with SQL and Python for data analysis, querying, and automation.

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering and Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with machine learning or data science techniques.

  • Experience working with AML systems such as Actimize, Mantas, or similar platforms

  • Familiarity with common AML typologies and regulatory expectations.
