The Retail Media team helps national brands connect with Hello Fresh Group’s customers via product samples, recipe integration, digital activations, brand experiences, and meal kit sponsorship. Through our network of brands, we reach tens of millions of consumers each month allowing brands to engage specific consumer segments and drive mass-scale trial, purchase conversion and authentic word of mouth conversations both online and offline.

HelloFresh seeks an Manager level Account Executive, Retail Media to build on the success of this unique offering and to increase sales. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of successful sales experience working with national CPG Brands and the digital agencies that represent them for product sampling, couponing, shopper marketing, digital and trade marketing. You will act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients and sell a broad range of advertising solutions that will ensure that their business goals are met.

You will...

  • Manage all aspects of the sales process including opening and developing new business, closing add-on and incremental business, determining needs, and proposing compelling programs.
  • Create strategic marketing solutions for CPG clients
  • Develop sales plan for territory to meet or exceed growth and revenue goal
  • Build and maintain strong client and agency relationships
  • Represent HelloFresh as one of the company’s key external evangelist

You have...

  • 5-6 years successful sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding renewal goals and margins
  • Demonstrated success at growing repeat business
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, phone, and email
  • Emotional intelligence, positive attitude, enthusiasm, high energy, attention to detail, strong follow-through
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability/willingness to travel domestically
  • BA/BS degree
