Join to apply for the Manager, AC Media Analytics / Chef de service - Analytique - Air Canada Média role at Air Canada.

This role will be dedicated to the AC Media business, which offers marketing inventory to third-party brands across various channels, including AC’s unique in-flight entertainment channel. The Manager, AC Media Analytics, will support audience development and post-campaign measurement by delivering best-in-class reporting, measurement, and insights for vendors.

The candidate will interface with sales and marketing teams to understand customer needs, support account teams with data requests, and collaborate with the Data Scientist to identify data, tech, and analytic requirements to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker experienced in data analysis and statistical techniques applied to large datasets, particularly in CRM/digital marketing. They should be capable of demonstrating the value of AC channels and audiences through campaign reports and tests, thriving in a fast-paced environment with various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent experience (5+ years) in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, BI, econometrics, computer science, operations research, or digital marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of SQL and statistics.
  • Fluency in R or Python; familiarity with cloud environments is a plus.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools like PowerBI, and knowledge of database structures and data mining techniques.
  • Experience in digital marketing environments, including ad servers, web analytics, and search bid management.
  • Familiarity with CRM digital marketing principles such as funnel optimization, UX, SEO, and landing page optimization.
  • Understanding of key digital marketing KPIs like CPC and CAC.
  • Strong communication skills to interpret and present results professionally.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in teams.
  • Problem-solving skills and interest in consumer behavior and business performance analysis.
  • Attention to detail.
