A restaurant franchise located in Chilliwack, British Columbia, is seeking a Manager to oversee operations including team management, guest experience, and food safety. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and at least 2 years of experience in a restaurant environment. You will be responsible for recruitment, inventory management, and local marketing initiatives while ensuring that high standards are maintained throughout the restaurant. High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.
Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.
Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
