Job summary

NCS International Co. is seeking a Management Trainee for Abbotsford, BC, with positions also in Mississauga and Montreal. This program prepares new graduates for leadership in the global distribution industry, offering hands-on learning across our growing national network.

You will rotate through core functions, develop product knowledge, and build skills in sales, operations, and HR while receiving mentorship and clear development paths toward management roles.
