What You’ll Do

As a Management Trainee, you’ll rotate through various departments and undertake responsibilities such as:

  • Supporting field operations and project execution.
  • Assisting in cost estimation, scheduling, and proposal development.
  • Participating in safety meetings, inspections, and audits.
  • Developing quality control and turnover packages.
  • Collaborating across construction, engineering, and business teams.
  • Engaging in planning, benchmarking, and process improvements.

  • Recent graduates with a diploma/degree in:
    • Construction Technology
    • Mechanical or Civil Engineering
    • Business Administration
    • Surveying/Geomatics
    • Project Management or related fields.
  • Journeypersons or certified tradespeople with technical expertise and leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous construction experience is a strong asset.
