Responsibilities

We are hiring immediately for our Management Training program. As an MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, develop new business, and lead your team.

Through hands-on learning, mentorship, and support, you will be guided to success. You will also engage with the community to build relationships essential to your business growth.

We will teach you excellence in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first. Our culture fosters friendly competition, vital for business and personal success.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must hold a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian university or an international equivalent recognized by WES or IRCC; preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or related fields.
• Must have 6 months of experience or involvement in sales & customer service (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality) or leadership (e.g., military, athletics, university clubs).
• Valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license with no more than two violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in Canada without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. (Note: this position typically does not qualify for permanent residency through NOC programs.)
