Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Coquitlam, BC. Starting as a MT, you’ll learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners, and gaining hands-on experience in sales, service and operations.

You will progress toward leading a future branch, building relationships in the community, and advancing within a culture that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by WES/IRCC; preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt or BA.
• 6 months cumulative experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles.
• Valid Canadian Class 5 driver’s license with limited violations in last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in Canada without the need for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Participate in our Management Training program and learn the business from day one.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise Mobility to customers and partners.
• Work toward running your own branch through structured mentoring and hands-on practice.
• Develop skills in sales, customer service, marketing, finance, and operations.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following:
• Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
• Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, clubs/organizations
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
• Mustbe authorized to workinCanada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. (Please note that our Management Trainee position does not typically fall under an eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) to gain Permanent Residency in Canada)
