Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Management Trainee to join this well-structured program, where you’ll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands-on rotations in various departments. This position is ideal for individuals looking to develop leadership skills and gain practical experience in different aspects of our operations. The Management Trainee will work closely with experienced managers to learn about Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management, and will be prepared for future career advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities Include

1. Rotate through departments, immersing in the business from a leadership perspective.
2. Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services and build customer relationships.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
4. Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
5. Collaborate with key leaders on projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
6. Participate in professional development opportunities, including access to Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.

Qualified Candidates Must Meet All Requirements Outlined Below

• Possess a valid driver’s license in good standing.

Preferred

• Co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles.
• A business or related academic major.
• Leadership or management experience in campus or extracurricular activities.

Willingness to relocate regionally during or after the program.
