Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in London, Ontario, is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program. As a MT, you will learn the business from day one, serving as the face of the company to customers and partners while gaining hands-on operational experience at a neighborhood branch.

The program develops skills in customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations, with mentoring and a clear path to manage your own branch, grow the business, and advance within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a Canadian University or international equivalent.
• 6 months experience in sales or customer service or leadership activities.
• Valid Canadian G/G2 license with minimal violations.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes expert.
• Master knowledge to eventually run your own branch, grow new business and develop your team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring to be successful in the program and build community relationships.

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you'll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, clubs/organizations
• Must have a valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
• Mustbe authorized to workinCanada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. (Please note that our Management Trainee position does not typically fall under an eligible National Occupational Classification (NOC) to gain Permanent Residency in Canada)
• Must be at least 18 years old.
