Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Canada is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Lethbridge. As a MT, you will learn the business from day one and serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, while preparing to run your own branch.

The program provides training, mentoring, and a culture of promotion from within. A 4-year degree and leadership or sales experience help you succeed in a dynamic environment with benefits and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a Canadian university or international equivalent.
• At least 6 months experience in sales, customer service, or leadership roles.
• Valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with ≤2 moving violations in 3 years.
• No DWI/DUI in last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in Canada; no sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.

In our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian University or an international equivalent as recognized by the World Education Services (WES) and/or Citizenship Canada (IRCC); preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt and BA, or related field.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience or involvement in any of the following:
  • Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
  • Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, clubs/organizations
• Must have a valid Canadian Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents within the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada. Enterprise will not sponsor or support a candidate’s work permit or other temporary or permanent residence application. Enterprise will not complete any employer declaration forms, nomination forms, Labour Market Impact Assessments (“LMIA”), LMIA-Exempt Offers of Employment, or any other supporting documentation associated with securing temporary or permanent residence and/or authorization to work in Canada.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
